Henry Hudson 400 Map

Henry Hudson 400 Map

The Henry Hudson 400 Map brings together historical and modern-day information with Google Maps to provide a feature rich map mashup that highlights Henry Hudson's legacy. Working with the Henry Hudson 400 foundation, Cartosoft integrated various types of data, including historical map overlays and illustrations, Henry Hudson's voyages, Dutch origins in Manhattan, and information about some of the water challenges facing low-lying metropolitan cities such as Amsterdam and New York City. Google recently covered this project on its Geo Developers Blog.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Andres was amazing to work with, both in his skills in building a very complicated site and his calm and open flexibility to our requirements which we sometimes could not define clearly on the first go round. He was always patiently receptive to changes and improvements and became, or made us feel, as vested as we were in making our site unique and beautiful, a goal we feel confident he accomplishment. We have had many accolades and have found an intense acceleration in visits to our site since Cartosoft worked its magic."
