Henry Hudson 400 Map
The Henry Hudson 400 Map brings together historical and modern-day information with Google Maps to provide a feature rich map mashup that highlights Henry Hudson's legacy. Working with the Henry Hudson 400 foundation, Cartosoft integrated various types of data, including historical map overlays and illustrations, Henry Hudson's voyages, Dutch origins in Manhattan, and information about some of the water challenges facing low-lying metropolitan cities such as Amsterdam and New York City. Google recently covered this project on its Geo Developers Blog.
